Westway Developments will launch its 6th of October project with targeted sales of EGP 7 billion. The mixed-use development will include hotel, retail, administrative, and medical spaces in one of the city’s most vibrant districts.
According to CEO Mohamed Fawzy, the project is located in the first district of 6th of October City—one of the earliest and most established areas in the city.
It features upscale residential complexes and proximity to major institutes and universities that host a large number of students of various nationalities.

For his part, Mohamed Abbas, Sales director at Westway Developments, stated that the project covers an area of 15,000sqm and consists of a ground and three floors with an innovative design, linking the buildings with separate entrances for different purposes.
Abbas added that customer purchase requests will begin at the end of the current quarter, noting that the project’s sales volume is estimated at approximately EGP 7bn.
The company aims to sell approximately 40% of the project during the last quarter, with the project scheduled for delivery after three years.
He pointed out that the company owns six diverse projects, including residential, commercial, administrative, and medical projects.
The company has successfully sold all of its projects in accordance with the strategy it set, and has achieved strong completion rates and construction ratios.
He noted that the company achieved total sales of approximately EGP 4bn across its projects in 2025, exceeding the company’s sales targets and confirming the company’s strength and position in the market and customer confidence.
Abbas emphasized that the company pays close attention to every detail to deliver a competitive real estate product.
In addition, it works to accelerate construction timelines to meet delivery commitments.
