Gulf Egypt launches landmark tourism project and signs strategic partnerships to support Egypt Vision 2030
Cairo, Egypt – 12 July 2026: Gulf Egypt Sharm El-Sheikh marks a new milestone in Egypt’s tourism sector. Gulf Egypt for Hotels and Tourism has unveiled an integrated lifestyle destination in Sharm El-Sheikh. The company also signed strategic agreements to support project planning and development. The destination aligns with Egypt Vision 2030 and strengthens the country’s tourism investment strategy.
The project coincides with Gulf Egypt’s 50th anniversary in the Egyptian market. Moreover, it reflects the company’s long-term commitment to developing world-class hospitality destinations.
EGP 20 Billion Investment in Sharm El-Sheikh
Gulf Egypt will invest more than EGP 20 billion in the mixed-use destination.
The development will combine luxury hospitality, branded residences, wellness, leisure, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences within one master-planned community.
Furthermore, the project extends across approximately 354,458 square meters.
It also features nearly 750 meters of natural sandy beachfront.
In addition, the destination enjoys a prime location just minutes from Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport. It is also close to the city’s conference and event venues.
Strategic Cooperation with Al Montazah Tourism & Investment Company
With the support of the Presidency of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Tourism Development Authority (TDA), Gulf Egypt signed a cooperation protocol with Al Montazah Tourism & Investment Company.
Previously, Gulf Egypt acquired the project land from Al Montazah after completing an extensive planning and evaluation process.
The protocol reinforces long-term cooperation between both parties.
Major General Sameh Shoaib, Executive Managing Director of Al Montazah Tourism & Investment Company, represented the company during the signing ceremony.
He said the partnership reflects a shared vision for developing Sharm El-Sheikh’s tourism sector.
He added that the project will strengthen tourism infrastructure, attract investment, and support sustainable sector growth.
HVS and JLL Join the Project
Gulf Egypt also signed strategic agreements with HVS and JLL.
HVS will provide hospitality advisory services, feasibility studies, and market research.
Meanwhile, JLL will deliver market analysis, economic studies, master planning support, and development advisory services.
These partnerships will ensure the destination meets international hospitality and planning standards.
