Reportage Properties records EGP 2.2bn in sales of its Montenapoleone project during 2022

Company has sold 60% of the second phase of the project in only 3 months.

Reportage Properties, one of the UAE’s companies operating in Egypt, announced its success in achieving sales worth EGP 2.2bn in its flagship project, Montenapoleone, in 2022, which reflects the excellence of the company’s project and the provision of a competitive real estate product in East Cairo.
Hanna Karam, CCO at Reportage Properties, stated that the company’s success in achieving these strong sales in the project during 2022 depends mainly on the existence of a clear and distinct marketing plan based on providing a real estate product that suits target customers, which was based on continuous market studies to follows up on customer needs.
Karam added that the existence of a marketing plan integrates with the presence of a strong sales team through which the project is marketed, so that each sales official acts as an advisor to customer, helping him to obtain unit that suits his needs, whether for housing or investment purpose.
He further highlighted the importance of providing especial payment plans that take into account market developments and at the same time commensurate with purchasing capabilities of target customers.
He explained that the Montenapoleone project is located on 111 acres within Mostakbal City and comprises 5,500 housing units. The project also offers fully finished innovative townhouses, in addition to apartments with distinguished spaces, from one room to four rooms, with the highest levels of luxury finishing.
The first phase was fully sold out and the second phase of the project was launched last October, in which the company succeeded in selling 60% of it during the last quarter, which reflects the excellence of the project, he noted.
For his part, the company’s CEO Mohamed Assem said that the project is being developed at the highest rates of speed and quality, as a contract was signed with A&M Contracting company, one of the companies owned by the mother company Reportage, to undertake construction works. A&M Contracting has a strong experience and previous works that will be useful for the project constructions.
Assem pointed out that the project presents a new real estate product for local market, added. “The project is characterized by a strong strategic location in east Cairo region, specifically in Mostakbal City, which is located near New Administrative Capital. The project features unique and smart designs, besides, the internal division of the project based on optimal utilization of available spaces while increasing size of green spaces.”
The project design took into account the distribution of services over the entire area of the project, which makes life within Montenapoleone compound a residential experience that achieves comfort, tranquility and luxury for customers. Accordingly, customer lives an integrated life that does not lack any services, and does not need to search for basic needs or different services outside the compound, Assem concluded.
