Hometown Developments eyes recording EGP 2bn in sales of its projects during 2023

Hometown Developments announced the most prominent features of its plan for 2023, which focuses on accelerating construction rates and delivery of its projects. Moreover, the company aims to record EGP 2bn in sales during the new year.

Chairman of Hometown Developments Diaa El-Din Farag said that the company’s projects are located in New Administrative Capital, added that Hometown has achieved strong construction and marketing rates for these projects during the last period.
He expected that the government complete move to the New Capital during the current year would increase the volume of customer demand for housing and investment in the New Administrative Capital.
He disclosed that property remains a safe haven for investment compared to the rest of savings vessels, as it has a high investment return and a safe store of value, as well as, customers continue to trust it.
He elaborated, “The distinguished real estate product that competes strongly in real estate market will be the winner in coming period, especially in the New Capital. Besides, client has become aware and able to choose from offered projects. Accordingly, the company plans to offer distinct spaces and flexible payment plans commensurate with economic changes and purchasing capabilities of target customers. Additionally, the company aims to be present in a some strong exhibitions during the new year as one of important marketing mechanisms that achieve direct communication between companies and customers.”
Hometown is currently developing four projects in the New Administrative Capital, which are Zaha Park, Lafayette Mall, Village Mall and Udora Mall, Farag said, added that the Zaha Park project is being built on 7,200 sqm and comprises commercial, administrative and medical units.
Lafayette Mall, it is the largest mega mall in the New Administrative Capital. The project combines commercial and entertainment properties, and is located on 23,000 sqm, in addition to 25,000-sqm landscape.
Hometown’s Chairman pointed out that Village Mall project is the company’s third project in the New Capital in the Downtown area. The project is built on an area of 20,000 qm with a ground and 5 floors. Meanwhile, Udora Mall spans over 10,500 sqm, and comprises a shopping mall and a restaurant
