Awj Developments launches Urban Mall in partnership with Elegance Developments

Awj Developments announced the launch of its commercial project, Urban Mall, at Badr City in partnership with Elegance Developments. Urban Mall is located in a vital and prime location in Badr city, overlooking the central park. The project comprises units with various spaces starting from 50 sqm and with competitive payment plans.

Chief Commercial Director (CCO) at Awj developments Gamal Ghoneim said that the company relies on the concept of “Golden Triangle” in its projects development.

Ghoneim elaborated that this concept constitutes elements that must be initiated in any project that include providing a distinctive real estate product at competitive price and an investment destination that guarantees achieving the highest investment return for customer.

He added that the company has assigned the Canadian consulting office to be the general consultant for the project, in addition to contracting with ACE Moharram.Bakhoum to be the structural designer of the Urban Mall. In addition, the company has hired Archrete to be the architectural designer of the mall, as well as, it cooperated with Brain 2 Fact to attract brands for the mall.

The Urban Mall is being offered in partnership with Elegance Developments. The development is considered the commercial extension of Capital Life project, which is being developed by the Awj company in Badr City. Capital Life is an integrated residential compound located in El Motamize neighborhood at Badr City, comprising 125 villas and 25 residential buildings. The company has completed 30% of construction rate in the compound and it was fully sold out. Additionally, the company has a strong business precedent in real estate market, he disclosed.
