Barah Residence Offers Integrated Living in Hadayek October

HIG Development has launched its newest residential project, Barah Residence, in Hadayek October, West Cairo. The company unveiled the project during a major event attended by business leaders, clients, and real estate experts.
Barah Residence attracted strong attention because of its focus on spacious living, privacy, and comfort. The project also delivers a modern residential experience with high-quality lifestyle standards.
Eng. Alaa El Hosary, Chairman of HIG Development, said the company is developing the project over 8 feddans. Buildings occupy only 25% of the total land area. Meanwhile, landscaped greenery and open spaces cover the remaining area.
According to El Hosary, the project reflects the company’s vision of creating calm and integrated communities. He added that Barah Residence combines comfort, luxury, and strong investment value.
Moreover, he explained that the project represents a new step in the company’s expansion strategy in the Egyptian market. The development also reflects HIG Development’s commitment to modern urban planning and quality construction standards.
In addition, El Hosary revealed that Barah Residence marks the company’s fifth project after the successful launch of Centro Mall, Parco Mall, Casa Mall, and Strip Mall.
He also confirmed that HIG Development’s investment portfolio has reached nearly EGP 10bn. This growth reflects rising customer confidence and the company’s expanding presence in Egypt’s real estate market.
Eng. Ahmed Ashour, Board Member and CEO of HIG Development, said Barah Residence enjoys a strategic location in Hadayek October. The project offers direct access to major roads and destinations across West Cairo.
Furthermore, the development sits only two minutes from Zewail Street and the new high-speed train station. Residents can also reach Fayoum Road and Al Wahat Road within three minutes.
The project is six minutes from the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Additionally, Mall of Egypt is only nine minutes away, while Sphinx International Airport is around 20 minutes from the site.
Ashour explained that the development includes nearly 350 residential units across 16 buildings. Unit spaces range from 70 sqm to 170 sqm to meet different customer needs.
The project also features serviced hospitality units ranging from 35 sqm to 45 sqm. These units provide additional investment opportunities for buyers.
Meanwhile, HIG Development targets EGP 1bn in sales during the first launch phase. The company also offers flexible payment plans starting with zero down payment and installments extending up to 10 years.
Eng. Islam Sanousy, Vice Chairman and General Supervisor of the contracting division, said the company plans to begin construction within six months. He added that HIG Development prepared a clear execution timeline to ensure fast delivery and high construction quality.
Sanousy explained that the project includes a fully integrated commercial district. It also features a hotel, a motel, and a luxury five-star hotel with 150 rooms and suites.
Additionally, the hospitality zone includes landscaped areas and a private swimming pool. The company designed these facilities to support Egypt’s growing tourism sector, especially because of the project’s proximity to the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids.
The development also offers several recreational facilities, including swimming pools, jogging tracks, cycling lanes, children’s areas, fountains, and wide green spaces.
Finally, HIG Development partnered with Arab Art Engineering Consultants and several specialized firms in design, development, and execution to guarantee high standards across all project phases.
