Rayat Real Estate officially launches Malaz Residence in Egypt.  introducing a major EGP 20bn investment supported by leading Arab partners.

In a strategic move showcasing Egyptian–Emirati cooperation, Rayat for Real Estate Investment launched its first project in Egypt. Malaz Residence begins in 6th of October City with investments exceeding EGP 20 billion.

The project stems from the acquisition and development of phases five and six of the Garden Hills project. Covering 42 acres, the new Malaz Residence compound is being established through an alliance of major investors.
