ZED East Handover Begins as Ora Developers Egypt Delivers First Homes

Ora Developers Egypt has officially launched the ZED East handover in New Cairo, marking the delivery of the first ready-to-move-in homes within the project.

Moreover, the initial deliveries are taking place in the Sage phase, which features standalone residences designed for a modern lifestyle. As a result, the ZED East handover marks a key milestone in transforming the development into a fully operational community.

Spanning 332 feddans, ZED East New Cairo is designed as a fully integrated community.

The project includes 5,379 multi-family units and around 1,000 standalone homes. In addition, more than 75% of the land is dedicated to open spaces, greenery, and internal roads. Consequently, residents enjoy a balanced and open environment.

Construction progress at ZED East New Cairo remains strong.

Landscaping has reached 75%, while external finishes for standalone units have reached 95%. In addition, road infrastructure is 80% complete, and multi-family building exteriors stand at 70%.

Moreover, concrete works for the Sage Extension phase are fully completed. Therefore, upcoming deliveries are well supported.
