Capital Heights 1 New Phase: SUD Reports Strong Demand

Al Safwa Urban Development Company (SUD) announced the successful Capital Heights 1 unit selection event for the new phase of its flagship project in the New Administrative Capital. The event attracted a large number of clients and reflected strong confidence in the project. Moreover, it highlighted growing demand for the company’s limited-time offer, which features down payments starting from EGP 100,000 and a delivery schedule of only two years.

Eng. Youssef Shalaby, SUD Board Member, said the event recorded strong attendance and high demand for units in the final phase. He added that the results confirm the success of the company’s strategy. He explained that clients responded strongly to the company’s latest offer. Shalaby confirmed that Capital Heights 1 is ready for delivery. Meanwhile, the current phase includes units available for immediate occupancy with a 15% down payment.
