Cityscape Egypt Summit 2026 Kicks Off September 7 to Explore Egypt’s Real Estate Investment and Urban Development Future

Cityscape Egypt Summit 2026 will kick off on September 7 at The St. Regis Hotel in the New Administrative Capital, bringing together government officials, real estate developers, investors, and industry leaders.

Cairo, August 12, 2026: The summit will take place under the patronage of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, in cooperation with the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company, and in partnership with Midar Company as the main sponsor.
The summit will bring together an elite group of senior government officials, real estate developers, investors, and industry leaders to discuss the future of real estate investment and urban development in Egypt.

Cityscape Egypt Summit 2026 Highlights Egypt’s Urban Development

The summit comes as Egypt continues to implement one of the largest urban development plans in the region.
Major national projects support this development and have reshaped the country’s investment map.
Foremost among these projects is the New Administrative Capital.
The city is designed to represent modernity and quality of life.
It also aims to become a regional administrative and financial hub, in line with the goals of Egypt Vision 2030.
The New Administrative Capital spans an estimated area of around 230,000 feddans.
It is planned to accommodate around 8 to 9 million people.
Meanwhile, the number of current residents has already exceeded 30,000, with daily relocation rates continuing to rise.
The New Capital also houses the Government District.
The district includes more than 30 ministries and government bodies within an integrated digital transformation system.
In addition, the city has attracted 520 real estate developers working across its various districts.
This growing development reflects the New Capital’s status as a leading destination for investment and sustainable urban development.

More Than 20 Speakers to Discuss Egypt Real Estate Investment

Event activities will begin with the Cityscape Summit.
More than 20 speakers and specialists from Egypt and the region will participate in the summit.
They include leading figures from the investment and real estate development sectors.
The participants will exchange views on the sector’s future and growth prospects.
They will also showcase key investment opportunities and discuss economic variables affecting the real estate market.

Cityscape Egypt 2026 Exhibition to Follow the Summit

The Cityscape Egypt Summit 2026 will pave the way for the launch of the 15th edition of Cityscape Egypt 2026.
The exhibition will take place from September 30 to October 3 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center.
More than 80 real estate developers will participate in the exhibition.
They will showcase more than 1,000 projects across the Egyptian market.
The scale of participation reflects the continued momentum of Egypt’s real estate sector.
It also reinforces Cityscape Egypt’s position as one of the leading regional platforms for investment and real estate development.
