Kleek Developments has signed a hotel management agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts for Crowne Plaza New Cairo. The 250-room hotel will be located in Sixth Settlement, with an opening planned for the first quarter of 2031.
The project will introduce an internationally branded hospitality destination to one of East Cairo’s rapidly growing areas. Moreover, it will combine business facilities, flexible workspaces and leisure amenities. As a result, the hotel aims to serve both business and leisure travelers.
Hussein Dawoud, Founder and Chairman of Kleek Developments, said the partnership reflects the company’s confidence in New Cairo’s growth prospects.
“We are pleased to partner with IHG Hotels & Resorts to launch Crowne Plaza New Cairo. The project reflects our confidence in one of the capital’s most dynamic and rapidly growing areas,” Dawoud said.
Dawoud added that Kleek Developments aims to deliver a high-quality hospitality destination that responds to growing demand. Furthermore, he expects Crowne Plaza New Cairo to become a prominent destination within this expanding area.
Crowne Plaza New Cairo to Feature Flexible Workspaces
Crowne Plaza New Cairo will address the changing needs of modern travelers. In particular, its design will allow guests to move seamlessly between work, meetings and leisure.
The hotel will feature the brand’s signature Plaza Workspace concept. This concept reimagines the traditional hotel lobby by creating dedicated spaces for guests’ personal and professional needs.
In addition, the hotel will offer a WorkLife Room. This room will feature separate areas for working, relaxing and sleeping. Therefore, guests will enjoy greater flexibility, comfort and connectivity throughout their stays.
Together, these features will support travelers who want to combine professional activities with personal downtime. They will also help create a more flexible hotel experience.
