Wajha Developments Partners with MOHM to Enhance Luxury at MEE Hotel

Wajha Developments has announced a strategic partnership with MOHM to enhance the quality, comfort and luxury experience at MEE Hotel.

The collaboration brings together Wajha’s development vision and MOHM’s expertise in furniture, lighting and furnishings to create a cohesive hospitality experience.
The partnership focuses on integrating design, furnishings, materials, lighting and interior details throughout the project. It aims to ensure that these elements work together to improve guest comfort and the overall quality of the hotel experience.

Wajha Developments Focuses on an Integrated Guest Experience

Mohamed Abdel Fattah, Founder and Managing Director of Wajha Developments, said the partnership with MOHM represents an important step in the company’s strategy for MEE Hotel.
He explained that the objective extends beyond furnishing the project. Instead, Wajha aims to create a comprehensive experience in which guests experience quality, comfort and luxury throughout the property.
Abdel Fattah noted that every element contributes to the guest’s overall experience. Furniture, lighting, materials and interior design collectively shape the character of each space and determine its comfort and functionality.
This approach led Wajha Developments to select a specialized partner with the expertise needed to integrate these elements effectively.
He added that the collaboration combines Wajha’s vision for project development with MOHM’s capabilities in design, furnishing and implementation. This integration is expected to support the quality of the finished product and enhance the value offered to guests.
Abdel Fattah also emphasized that luxury at MEE Hotel is not defined solely by the number of facilities or services. It also depends on the quality of the spaces, the surrounding details and the experience guests enjoy during their stay.

MEE Hotel: Units, Facilities and Hospitality Services

MEE Hotel is being developed on a total area of approximately 24,000 square metres. The project comprises two basement levels dedicated to parking, a ground floor and nine upper floors.
It features a 100-metre frontage directly on the Middle Ring Road, alongside a 500-metre panoramic view. The development also incorporates open spaces, activity areas and landscaped areas.
The project offers several types of hotel units, with areas ranging from 32.5 to 78.5 square metres. These include Mee Glow, Mee Shell, Mee Lodge and Bloom Suite.
All units are fully finished, furnished and equipped with electrical appliances and air conditioning, providing a ready-to-use hospitality offering.
MEE Hotel’s amenities and services include:
– Gold’s Gym

Together, these facilities are designed to support a varied guest experience combining accommodation, leisure, wellness and business-related amenities.

MOHM Brings Furniture and Interior Expertise to MEE Hotel

Sherif Abdelhady, CEO of MOHM, said the collaboration aims to deliver value beyond the traditional role of furniture and furnishing providers.
He explained that MOHM will contribute its expertise in furniture, lighting, furnishings and accessories in line with MEE Hotel’s identity and hospitality requirements.
Abdelhady emphasized that these elements are essential components of the guest experience. Their integration influences comfort, functionality and the overall perception of quality and luxury.
He added that the success of a hotel project depends not only on its architectural design or finishing standards, but also on how effectively its different elements work together.
According to Abdelhady, the partnership with Wajha Developments seeks to achieve this integration across MEE Hotel.
MOHM’s experience in furniture, lighting and furnishings will also support solutions tailored to the different areas within the project. These solutions aim to balance aesthetics with functionality while meeting the project’s targeted quality standards.

A Collaborative Approach to Hospitality Quality

The partnership between Wajha Developments and MOHM reflects a shared focus on creating an integrated hospitality product at MEE Hotel.
By coordinating interior design, furniture, lighting, materials and services, the companies aim to deliver a consistent experience across the project’s different spaces.
The collaboration places guest comfort and attention to detail at the centre of the development approach, reinforcing MEE Hotel’s focus on quality, functionality and luxury.
