Mazaya Developments launches “TÖÖ in “Gemini Towers Red & Blue” project in the Administrative Capital with investments 300 million pounds

Mazaya Developments Company announced the launching of a new real estate product offered for the first time named “TÖÖ” in “Gemini Towers Red & Blue” project in the New Administrative Capital, with total investments of EGP 300 million, within investment benefits and payment systems up to 8 years.

Mohamed Hamdy, Mazaya Sales Manager, said that the company has studied the real estate market and the administrative projects offered in it, in order to identify the most prominent clients demands, as well as the system that guarantees the highest return on investment for the company’s clients, pointing that “TÖÖ” units are offered with economical prices and payment systems that suit the targeted clients.
He added that “TÖÖ” includes administrative units with areas that were cleverly designed to ensure optimal utilization of the entire space, so that the units introduce a new vision for administrative units that are fully furnished with furniture, storage space, and smart devices, which makes the unit an optimal investment, whether for use or for rent.
He pointed that the interior design of the units is implemented according to a global model that works on getting the optimal use of spaces, and the client can preview the idea of ​​the project through a simulation model that has already been built, so that the client feels as if he is inside the unit, besides offering exceptional and unprecedented prices in these units, pointing that the unit will be delivered within 4 years of contracting.
He explained that units are launched with competitive payment systems starting from 10% deposit and facilities up to 8 years, and the client can hire the unit before or after delivery, to ensure the highest return on investment for the client, and the office is delivered to the fully furnished and ready for work once the client get delivered.
He indicated that the units are implemented by “Mini Unit” system, which is the concept of common workspace with the real space that the client needs to do his work, within an area of privacy and includes all services and takes into account all details.
He added that the available units include prices starting from one million pounds, which are competitive prices suitable for targeted clients, and reflects the company’s keenness to provide an appropriate product for clients, pointing that the process of launching these units will be done according to careful sales stages, to ensure achieving balance between the selling cost, m payment system and delivery date.
He pointed that “Gemini Towers Red & Blue” is a commercial, administrative and medical clinic project, located in the Downtown, overlooking the central axis and tourist towers, and linking the project site between all major axes within the Downtown area, with total area 2500 meters per tower, and the project includes 300 units with various areas.
