Gosour Developments has commenced construction of Triple Hub Mega Mall in Shorouk City with total investments reaching EGP 3.5bn.
The project spans 20,000 sqm and supports the company’s East Cairo expansion strategy.
Eng. Mohamed Al-Shaer, Chairman of Gosour Developments, stated that Triple Hub enjoys a strategic location on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis. The road connects Suez Road and Ismailia Road while separating Shorouk from New Heliopolis.
Moreover, the project serves a population exceeding 500,000 residents, ensuring strong occupancy rates and sustainable investment returns. The location followed detailed studies of urban growth and population movement.
Additionally, Triple Hub sits centrally between Shorouk, New Heliopolis, and Madinaty, reinforcing its accessibility. The project operates as a fully integrated destination featuring commercial, administrative, medical, and entertainment components.
The development includes advanced infrastructure such as 10 customer elevators and four service elevators. It also features dedicated service corridors, escalators, and two basement parking levels with EV charging stations.
Furthermore, the mall integrates smart security systems alongside a central chilled-water air-conditioning network, supporting efficient operations and visitor comfort.
Al-Shaer emphasized that Triple Hub represents a qualitative shift for Shorouk City as its first true mega mall. The project features an 850-meter perimeter frontage, including a 400-meter façade overlooking Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis.
Key attractions include a 10,000 sqm open green entertainment zone and the city’s first dancing fountain. The project also introduces a 300-meter technology street and a fully integrated medical complex.
In addition, Triple Hub offers the first elevated plaza and the largest hypermarket in Shorouk City, covering 3,800 sqm. The mall also features an eco-friendly gym and 1,500 sqm of indoor and outdoor entertainment areas.
Unit spaces range from 15 to 400 sqm, providing options for investors and entrepreneurs. Payment plans start with a 5% down payment and extend up to 84 months.
The chairman added that Gosour partnered with specialized operators to ensure optimal performance. Partners include MRB for commercial operations, RECO for entertainment, a dedicated medical operator, and WE as technology partner.
He concluded that Triple Hub aligns with the company’s long-term vision built on engineering expertise since 2005. Gosour has delivered over 200 projects and plans five launches with investments exceeding EGP 14bn.
